As a German, this is a very interesting read! I share the fascination about majestic castles, high mountains and beautiful nature! Thank you Daniela McVicker, for sharing your thoughts about my country! 🙂 A typical german food in the fall is also pumpkin soup. It’s mainly made of pumpkin, but also onion, ginger, potato, carrots, leak and seasoning. Everyone I’ve talked to uses a slightly different recipe, but it’s always delicious and filling! 🙂

Julia! I’m sorry I missed this comment, and I love that you enjoyed an outsider perspective on your homeland. 🙂 Pumpkin soup sounds just so deliciousssss. I know that I love a good pumpkin soup, especially if it’s a little bit creamy and served with sour cream or greek yogurt. So cozy!
