When did the sun decide to come out? And that sunshine makes the whole world iridescent. Have you seen a crocus? Those silly, little, resilient blossoms that insist on peeping out from the dark of the ground at the tiniest hint of warmth.

I’ve always wanted to counsel those blossoms to hideaway for a touch longer. It’ll snap cold all of a sudden. I know it. But, here’s the breathy secret we all know: summer is coming.

It’s as obvious as the Easter candy already lining shelves. Oh! If you think of me, grab the dark chocolate mini Cadbury eggs for me. I may have Hershey’s chocolate kisses from two Christmases ago, but you won’t find a bag of mini Cadbury eggs from two Easters ago. Anyway, spring is on its way, and welcome to March, too!

For all the pragmatic pretending I do, I’m a sucker for romances, especially anti-romances where the girl gets the guy in the end anyway. Two weeks ago, I met Love, Rosie. Stunning soundtrack. I found the movie because of another song (High Hopes by Kodaline), but I did (never) fall in love (again) with song.

Okay, have you been to a First Watch? What! You haven’t?! Get thee to a First Watch ASAP. Not only is this breakfast/lunch chain decorated so cute-ly, but the food tricks you into believing you’re high end while not breaking the bank. #obsessed

Current Read:

Although not my current read, The School Story by Andrew Clement was SO good that I’m telling you that you should go get it. Why? Well, it kept me up past my bedtime, and these days, I’m very particular about my sleep.

Current Obsession:

Mugs, mugs, mugs. Mugs are perfect for your hot drink, your morning oatmeal, your afternoon ice cream. Why confine mugs to hot beverages? Also, do you see HOW large this one is?
