Searching, searching, searching
circle of doom spins forever
open browser window
a white hole
when all i want is the fully loaded page
and nothing
waiting
in a rapid pace world
waiting requires time
i don’t have
nor want to give
what’s the answer now
what are you looking for
why are you going
who do you want to meet
where are you going
how will you go
me
for me
myself
where i am
with me
questions swirling
some asked by me
some asked to me
some asked around me
questions unfurling
without answers
what once felt so clear
fogs the mirror
has it always been that way
or is just me
waiting, waiting, waiting
for answers that don’t seem to come
does it matter
this white abyss of a search
click away
and look to the blue expanse of sky
are the answers there
I don’t know what you’re searching for if you know what you’re seeking, but I know that life is not quite as straightforward as I always thought it would be. And there is room.
There is room for getting lost.
There is room for questions.
There is room for doubt.
There is room
Whatever you do, leave yourself room, space–even if it’s a pinprick. Start there, if that’s where you need to start.
