I’m a morning person. No, that doesn’t mean that I wake up and be all talkative and annoying in the morning. It means that I usually roll out of bed at hours most would prefer to still be sleeping through and I do it all with a smile on my face. I like to cozy up in an old winged chair to ponder over the day I left behind and the day that I have coming. Sometimes this means journaling. Sometimes it means sitting there with my eyes closed, lost in the images of memory.
But I just love beginnings.
The promise of things to come.
Hope for the future. A cautious hope that the days will get better and when things get worse, things will even out in some sort of okay form. I like hope. It springs my weary steps and adds sparkle to the monotonous trail of days.
Welcome to 2015!
I love January. I love beginnings. And 2015 has all the potential.
